Location description

This location has been identified by Cranbourne Chase AONB as a potential dark sky discovery site for their Chasing Stars bid for the region to become a protected dark sky park. The location suffers some light pollution from nearby Warminster. Interestingly the ancient hill-fort located at the summit of the hill is renowned for being one of the UK's top UFO hotspots!
